Privacy policy
Last updated 12 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Capsela collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is run by Capsela Company Limited (“Capsela”, “we”). Our head office is at 3469 Bonnie Hill Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90068, United States, and our Asia office is at 44/138 Bang Len, Bang Yai, Nonthaburi 11140, Thailand.
If you have a question about your data, get in touch with us and we will be glad to help.
What we collect
Your email address, and only if you give it to us in one of the sign-up forms (“Stay in rhythm” in the footer, or “Notify me” next to the product). That is the only personal information the site asks for.
When you submit a form, our hosting provider also processes your IP address for a short time to block spam and abuse.
This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not store anything in your browser.
Why we use it
To send you one note when Capsela launches, and the occasional letter after that. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
We will not sell your email address or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who handles it for us
Our website and sign-up list are hosted by ContentMetric, which stores your email address on our behalf. When someone signs up, ContentMetric’s mail service sends our team a notification. Images on the site are served from ContentMetric’s media network.
These providers process your data only to run the site for us. If we use another service to send our letters, we will name it here first.
Where it is stored
Your email address is stored on ContentMetric’s servers in Singapore.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Spam-protection data is kept only as long as that purpose needs.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Every letter we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Get in touch with us and we will reply within 30 days.
These rights come from the data protection law where you live. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
